| Mr. Alvarez has agreed to serve as workplace law counsel to the Advisory Group. Mr. Alvarez is an attorney and a partner at Jackson Lewis LLP where he heads the firm’s Disability, Leave and Health Management Practice Group. In that practice, he counsels and trains employers on the challenging array of federal and state laws that protect injured and ill employees. He also represents management in workplace litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, frequently writes and speaks on disability and health management issues, and is regularly interviewed and quoted by media. |
