Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The QA Engineer will work directly with our software developers and project managers to prepare delivery of polished world-class systems to customers around the globe. The QA Engineer will also participate directly in the following types of software testing:

•		Usability and functionality testing
•		Automated regression testing
•		Performance testing

The QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts - therefore candidates should be experienced software developers in object-oriented environments and should also have experience with test automation tools and methodologies, and specifically should have experience with Mercury Tools Quick Test Pro. The QA Engineer will participate in preparing "release notes," to document new/changed features in each of our product releases and may, from time-to-time, assist with customer support. Summary of required qualifications:

•		Minimum 2 years experience as a software QA Engineer
•		Experienced at developing and maintaining automated test scripts
•		Experienced in the testing of web-based J2EE applications
•		Demonstrated ability to organize structured approaches to complex problems
•		Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
