David Glickman
David Glickman
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Glickman holds a Commerce degree from McGill University, and has been working in the IT world, as a principal, since his graduation in 1983. Mr. Glickman was co-founder and COO of Pyrate Communications, a film production company specializing in computer animation, before founding Presagia in 1987. Over this period, Mr. Glickman has directed and managed the growth and specialization of the Company while working in close association with the Chief Technical Officer to develop custom and general application software solutions for the healthcare industry.

Peter Rorlick
Peter Rorlick
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Rorlick has over 20 years of experience in the design and development of complex software solutions. Since 1987 and the founding of the Company, Mr. Rorlick has been the lead architect and programmer on a vast array of customized and general application software solutions, including Dr. Bill, Injury Tracker, InjuryZone and RadioLogic. Mr. Rorlick has authored numerous articles on software design techniques for a variety of publications.

Rick Bercuvitz
Rick Bercuvitz, M.A., M.B.A.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bercuvitz holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an M.A. from the University of Vermont, and an M.B.A. from Boston University. Prior to joining Presagia in 2001, Mr. Bercuvitz spent 10 years working as a management consultant. His clients included startup companies, a venture capital management group, and nonprofit organizations carrying out business ventures. He also served as a program officer at Centraide (United Way), as Executive Director of a New England-based nonprofit organization, and as Controller of a Vermont-based real estate and mortgage company.

Peter G Davie
Peter G Davie, M.S., CRC
Director of Enterprise Solutions
Mr. Davie has provided consulting and accommodation services to employers with health and productivity needs for the past 28 years. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and an M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Francisco State University. Prior to joining Presagia, he co-founded AtWork Resources*, developer of the AtWork Manager software. As Principal of Peter Davie Associates, he oversaw staff including Vocational Counselors, Occupational Health Nurses and Employment Development Specialists and provided return-to-work program development services to public/private employers and insurers. He has spoken nationally on issues of absence and disability management, and has been involved with various industry organizations, including the Disability Management Employer Coalition and the California Association of Reemployment and Rehabilitation Professionals.

Robert Hall
Robert Hall, Ph.D., CRC, CDMS
Director
Dr. Hall brings to Presagia over 20 years of experience in the absence/disability management and rehabilitation fields. He received a B.A in Psychology from Chapman College, an M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Fresno State University and a Ph.D in Human Rehabilitation from the University of Northern Colorado. Most recently he co-founded AtWork Resources*, developer of the AtWork Manager software. Dr. Hall has provided consulting services to employers and health and human service organizations in disability management, the ADA and Stay at Work/Return to Work programs. He has been involved with a variety of organizations, including the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, California Division of Workers’ Compensation Rehabilitation and Disability Management Employer Coalition. Dr. Hall has also lectured nationally and internationally, written a variety of articles and papers and is an Adjunct Professor in San Diego State University’s graduate Rehabilitation Counseling Program.

*AtWork Resources, Inc. merged with Presagia Corp. in April 2006.
