| Eclipsys Acquires Radiology Division from eLynx Medical |
Montreal, November 2004—eLynx Medical Systems, Inc®. of Montreal has sold its radiology division, along with the trade name "eSys Medical" to Eclipsys Corporation of Boca Raton, Florida. eSys Medical was a wholly-owned subsidiary of eLynx Medical®.
InjuryZone and Injury Tracker will now be sold directly by eLynx Medical Systems®, and all customer accounts have been transferred from eSys to eLynx.This transaction will not affect InjuryZone customers, as they will continue to be served by the same team of people as before, and the same software developers who created InjuryZone will continue to develop future versions of the product.
