Presagia Technology Consulting Services are provided to ensure Presagia software integrates seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure, while respecting your organization’s corporate technology strategy. Presagia Technology Consultants will assess technology requirements and formulate a cost-effective, reliable and high-quality solution that meets business needs. Taking a strategic technology approach to implementations helps to maximize the benefits received from the system and reduces total cost of ownership.

Services Inlude:

Project Planning and Management

A project manager will be assigned to each implementation to ensure that effective planning is undertaken and that the project is delivered on time and within the approved budget.

Technology Requirements Assessment and Design

Detailed requirements (including design and architecture) are developed for each implementation to ensure that organizational needs are met while complying with the organization’s existing technology standards.

Custom Branch and Form Template Design

Presagia software supports the end-user creation of custom information branches incorporating the organization’s forms and data collection templates. These services can also be provided by Presagia if requested.

Systems Integration, Application Development and Quality Assurance

Presagia will develop interfaces with the existing corporate systems (e.g. payroll, time and attendance, benefits, wellness, HRAs, healthcare providers, disease management, business intelligence) necessary to share information and meet the organization’s objectives. Presagia will develop and fully test applications (or enhance its core application suite) to meet special requirements if necessary.

Custom Data Import (ETL)

If required, Presagia will work with IT personnel to develop appropriate application(s) to transform and import data that have been exported from legacy systems.

Production Deployment

Presagia professional services personnel will work side-by-side with client IT staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and to ensure a seamless implementation into the organization’s production environment.
