Presagia Sports™ has a comprehensive, centralized database supporting pre-configured and customized reporting of all data captured throughout the application. Organizations can establish standardized reports (such as functional status reports, team injury statistics, and an individual athlete’s injury history summary), while simultaneously ensuring trainers, medical professionals, and administrative staff have the flexibility to perform in-depth data mining for trend analysis.

Users can leverage a personalized dashboard consisting of a set of graphs or charts that provide an ‘at a glance’ visual overview of aggregated statistics to ensure users are always informed of role-specific information.

The athlete administration module provides coaches, administrators, and other personnel access to demographics, medical background, insurance, competitive status, and sports team/organization information. This is achieved by centralizing data, thereby reducing the need to search through disparate systems to establish an athlete’s basic profile or determine their current availability for competition.

Leveraging an intuitive and efficient filing system through which records can be found quickly and easily, users gain full exposure to complete athlete health information. Each record page holds important information that can be used to develop and implement effective and efficient treatment plans to ensure quick and safe resolutions.

•		Injury/Illness Management: The Injury/Illness Page captures key injury and incident information such as description, dates, diagnosis, diagnostic codes, and SOAP notes on a single page.
•		Service Records: Service records may be created for surgeries, medical encounters, inoculations, therapy sessions, medical tests and more. Each of these records contains detailed information regarding the service performed, thereby helping to improve the quality of the athlete’s care by supplying a more complete health history.
•		Prescription Tracking: The Prescription Page stores all prescription information by date prescribed, including the validity dates, dosage, medication type, and reason. Additionally, the information in the record can be easily printed in a clean, concise format, saving time spent writing out prescriptions and reducing human error.
•		Notes: Text notes can be attached to record pages throughout Presagia Sports™, enhancing the core information captured on the page with additional text and various multimedia files (such as diagnostic images, photos, sound files and video clips).

Tracking injuries and illnesses generates a large amount of data, which when spread across multiple records can be difficult to manage. Unique in the industry, the optional Case Management Module provides users with a means to link notes, test results, and other injury or illness details from multiple sources. This ensures all authorized personnel involved in the care of the athlete have full exposure to comprehensive health data from initial consultations, to injury diagnosis and treatments, through to the full recovery on a case by case basis.

The Communications Module offers secure messaging and notifications within the Presagia Sports™ system, facilitating real-time communication and collaboration amongst all authorized personnel registered in the application.

•		Messaging: The messaging function offers a secure means for system users to email each other and stay up-to-date with the latest information. It is simple enough to send quick updates, and secure enough to share sensitive medical information.
•		Notifications: The notification function can be used to automatically generate an email to selected recipients to advise them of an update or modification in an athlete’s record. Available on every page in an athlete’s record, the notification feature enables personnel to quickly communicate new information without having to type a separate email.

Critical to effective treatment processes is the ability of caregivers to coordinate their own time as well as collaborate with others. The time management module includes a comprehensive scheduler and dynamic worklists to ensure people stay on track.

•		Scheduling: The scheduler gives users a means to schedule single and recurring appointments for themselves, others, valuable resources, and facilties. Additionally, it is possible to check the availability of attendees before scheduling them to ensure there are no conflicting engagements.
•		Worklists: Leveraging worklists, users have the ability to create and manage multiple task lists. These tasks can be associated with system records if desired and are sortable by categories, locations, and events.

Presagia Sports™ can auto-populate standard and custom forms such as medical referral forms and physical examination forms, virtually eliminating tedious administrative paperwork.
